I hope to get a broader understanding of the early history of Thailand and a defination of Davaravati. This will help me in my travels to Nakhon Pathom, the heartland of the so called Dvaravati Kingdom to understand the Dvaravati Art and Architecture I'll be photographing. Nakhon Pathom is one of Thailand's oldest religious and historical centers. I am looking forward to seeing the famous Phra Pathom Chedi. You were all wonderful to check in daily to see if I needed anything. Now that I'm better I'm getting the itch to get out with my camera. Today was overcast day and looked like rain. Not a good day to headout for photo shooting. I worked on photo files most of the day. Thailand tends to focus me and allows me the time to get in touch with my creative side...which is greatly needed as I've been away from for 7 months. Lots I need to catch up on!! Unfortunately, I've been back a little less than a week and haven't done much as have been laid up with a bug that must have been hiding on the plane.
